Andrew Grant has enjoyed long standing success on behalf of its clients in the auction sale room, holding up to six auctions a year offering lots anywhere from �2,000 to �2,000,000.

The sales are generally held at the distinctive and accessible Crown and Sandys public house in the notable village of Ombersley, just north of Worcester and lots frequently range from building plots with or without planning permission to properties with structural deficiencies and indeed country estates in need of refurbishment and enhancement.

The benefits of sale by auction are that normally, once sold the money becomes available within 28 days or any other agreed time for completion.
