Andrews & Robertson has been Auctioning property since the late 1800s. Its well established Auction Department became a limited company in April 2002 trading as Andrews & Robertson (Auctions) Limited and is lead by Andrew Smith FRICS. He is the great grandson of Alexander Robertson, the founder of Alexr. Robertson & Sons in 1884.

Instructions from vendors include a full range of residential and commercial property. Each catalogue embraces an extensive raft of lots with vacant possession, investment properties and development sites (with and without planning consent).

Seven sales are scheduled each year and any member of the auction team will be pleased to supply further details of exact dates and terms together with informed advice on reserves, guide prices and timing.

Instructions for inclusion should be received 5 weeks prior to the sale, although arrangements may be made in certain circumstances to include "late lots".
