ASSET DISPOSALS
Advice can be provided in order to maximize the Potential Realisation Price of our Clients Assets. We are able to offer various methods of disposal including sale by Public Auction, Tender or Private Treaty.
PUBLIC AUCTION SALES
We operate Saleroom premises in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and hold monthly Collective Auction Sales on behalf of various Clients. Professional Hauliers and Removal Companies can be organised in the removal of Assets to the Saleroom premises.
Where applicable we are able to conduct Auction Sales on our Clients premises.
TENDER SALES
Where appropriate, particularly with high value, specialist Plant and Machinery items can be offered for sale by Tender which enables our Client to achieve maximum realisation via written sealed bids. Once again, where applicable we are able to conduct Tender Sales on our Clients premises.
PRIVATE TREATY
If required we are able to negotiate a Private Treaty Sale of Assets between our Client and a Third Party.
